How do I book an appointment?+
Select your treatments, choose a preferred date and time, and send your request through WhatsApp. Our team will confirm availability with you. Your slot is reserved only after our confirmation.
Can I book several treatments together?+
Absolutely. Add as many different services as you like from the beauty menu, or choose one of our suggested rituals. Your estimated total updates as you choose. We’ll help arrange enough time for your visit.
How do hair length and treatment options affect the price?+
For services with different prices, choose your hair length or treatment option in the menu. S, M and L refer to short, medium and long hair. Your stylist will confirm the appropriate option before starting.
Where is the salon, and when can I visit?+
You’ll find us at G-01, Friends Residency, Warsan 4, Dubai. We are open Monday to Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Message us to confirm availability for your preferred day, including holidays.
Do you offer bridal and event makeup?+
Yes. Our menu includes basic and HD bridal, engagement and party makeup, plus outstation makeup options. Contact us to discuss your date, location and preferred look.
